Explore India Tourism is committed to complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), India’s comprehensive data protection law. This page explains how your rights are protected under this law, even though we do not collect or store personal data through user registration or databases.

The DPDP applies to the processing of digital personal data within India. While Explore India Tourism does not require users to register or provide personal information, we may collect limited, non-identifiable data automatically through website analytics and cookies for operational and statistical purposes.
